Duff Sabella, the Chef at Large

Duff Sabella is a Culinary Institute of America-trained chef with over 20 years experience - including restaurants, resorts, private homes and yachts, as well as personal chef services.

Duff started in kitchens at the age of 15 and has pretty much done it all in the culinary world.

He is proficient in just about every type and style of cuisine, but especially Classical French, Italian, Latin American, Mediterranean, Asian and American Regional (particularly Traditional New England, Southwest, Tex-Mex, Cajun/Creole and Floribbean) cuisines.

Personal chef services - weekly home meal preparation - are his specialty, as well as dinner parties and get-togethers of every kind for up to 12 people.

Duff is also a licensed 100-ton captain and Able Seaman and loves to work aboard yachts.
