Just a few things:
Be sure to check the weather and dress accordingly - items to consider bringing include a rain poncho, windbreaker or fleece, sun hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, everyday "knockabout" attire and suitable boating shoes.
Bring your own food and/or beverages
Transport to and from the vessel is conducted by the skipper from Willard Beach in South Portland via her small boat. Be prepared to take your shoes off, roll up your trouser cuffs and wade out into a few feet of brisk water in order to board the small boat (we do things old school here)
Plan to arrive at the beach about 15 minutes before pre-arranged pickup, leaving enough time to allow for (oftentimes) busy traffic, parking (spaces at Willard Beach parking lot may or may not be available) and using the facilities ashore (no facilities aboard the vessel). If you are bringing children, please do make sure they use the facilities beforehand.
For the safety and well-being of his guests, the skipper reserves the right to modify or cancel any sailing excursion, as well as refuse service to anyone who exhibits any kind of belligerent or untoward behavior
